Job Duties:
✔ Replace filters and inspect heating/cooling systems
✔ Assist with plumbing, electrical & maintenance tasks
✔ Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
✔ Use hand and power tools safely
✔ Document repairs using tablet/mobile device
Requirements:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 1+ Year HVAC or Maintenance Experience
✔ Ability to Lift 50 lbs
✔ Valid Driver’s License
