Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Job Overview:
We are hiring a General Laborer to assist with cleaning, preparing, and restoring vacant housing units. This role involves general labor work, helping maintenance technicians, and ensuring units are ready and safe for occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare housing units (sweeping, mopping, removing debris)
Assist technicians with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Move and organize tools, materials, and equipment
Transport supplies and materials to job sites
Perform basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing hardware, and hanging blinds
Keep work vehicles and work areas clean and organized
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
Must be able to be insured under company vehicle policy
Preferred:
Candidates currently living in Paducah County will be given priority.
